1. Track your order via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

2. Log in to your account page, find the relevant order, click "Track Package", and then click "Show Carrier Tracking Page" to view the specific tracking link provided by the carrier.

3. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to monitor the shipping progress on the courier's official website or the "Tracking" page of our website.

1. Standard Shipping: Except for custom products, orders will be delivered within 6-9 days after placement.

2. Priority Express Shipping: Most products can be shipped expedited and will arrive within 3-5 business days.

1. Orders can be modified or canceled within 15 minutes of placement.

2. Cancellation method: Log in to your account using the email used to place the order, go to "My Orders and Returns", find the corresponding order, and click "Cancel".

3. After 15 minutes, orders cannot be canceled or modified (as they have entered the processing stage).

3. Suggestion: If the address is incorrect and cannot be modified, contact your local post office with the tracking number to inquire about possible redelivery.

1. Damaged or incorrect items: If received items are damaged, defective, or do not match the description, you can return them for free and get a full refund. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order; we will cover return shipping costs and guide you through the process.

2. Change of mind: Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, and return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned items to meet standards, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
